There are also a frequent services running into Manchester and to areas such as Huddersfield and Saddleworth via Oldham through the services 180 and 184. If you’re located in the areas: Ashton-under-Lyne, Chadderton, Huddersfield, Rochdale, Royton, Saddleworth, Shaw, and Crompton, then you can also get through to Failsworth via buses too.
However, if buses aren’t your thing and you prefer taking the tram, then there’s that option too. Failsworth Metro link station is located on Hardman Lane. Trams operate every 12 minutes and head towards into Manchester City Centre and out to East Didsbury or you can head towards Rochdale via Oldham’s Metro link stop.
